through KC Metro Golf has been very beneficial to our golf course
operations. We love the fact that we can capture our golfer's
e-mail information through the tour rewards system and then send
out e-mail blasts to our golfer's to promote specials and upcoming
events. All for the price of free versus spending excessive
amounts of money advertising with the newspaper or radio stations.
Our response rate to the e-mail blasts is also higher than other
advertising options since we are sending out promotions to people
we know are golfers and have played at Oak Country before.
The other main benefit the tour rewards system promotes is gofer
loyalty. The golfers earn points each time they play golf here and
eventually they accumulate enough points to get a free round of
golf. Our customers love this benefit and we feel they play more
rounds of golf here than they normally would with this feature.
In our opinion, any public golf course would benefit from using
